CP NewsAlert: Judge rules out jail sentence for businessman Frank Stronach

TORONTO — An Ontario judge has ruled out a jail sentence for billionaire businessman Frank Stronach.
Ontario Superior Court Justice Anne Molloy says she has not yet decided what sentence she will hand down to Stronach on the historical charge of indecent assault but that he will not face imprisonment.
The judge is expected to rule on the sentence in December.
