Man dead after shooting in Toronto’s east end, one suspect arrested: police

TORONTO — Toronto police say they have arrested one suspect and another one is still outstanding after a man was shot dead Monday night in Scarborough.
Officers responded to reports of a shooting in the area of Kingston and Galloway roads just after 10:20 p.m.
Police say they found a man with gunshot wounds who was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators say those responsible for the shooting left the scene before police arrived, but one person has since been arrested and is facing a charge of first-degree murder.
Police say they are still looking for a second suspect.
The shooting marks the city’s 32nd homicide of the year.
