24-year-old motorcyclist dead after collision in Mississauga: police

MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — Police say a 24-year-old man is dead after his motorcycle collided with another vehicle in Mississauga, Ont., Friday night.
Peel Regional Police say it happened just before midnight on Winston Churchill Boulevard in the city’s west end.
They say an initial investigation indicates the motorcycle slammed into the rear of the other vehicle, whose driver remained on scene and was not injured.
The motorcyclist was taken to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
Police say the investigation continues, and they’re asking anyone with information or video of the incident to contact them.
Roads in the area were reopened early Saturday morning.
